Emily planned our engagement party and wedding! Both events went flawlessly and we could not have been happier with her event planning services!! Emily is very organized and detail orientated throughout the planning stages. She always made sure that we were on schedule, within budget and tasks were being completed at the appropriate time. We relied heavily on her knowledge and relationships with suppliers in the wedding industry, which made selecting our florist and décor company easy! Emily always goes out of her way to ensure her clients are 100% satisfied we would we highly recommend her to plan your next event!

Emily went above and beyond for our wedding day so that we didn't have to stress about the little things. Her knowledge of what you need to do and when you need to do it made planing the big day so easy. Many people made comments about how relaxed I was leading up to the wedding and I can honestly say it's because I had Emily helping me along the way. We didn't have an overly large budget for our wedding but hiring her was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process and it was money well spent. We would highly recommend her to everyone!!!

Emily is amazing at what she does!! We hired her for day-of coordination and I couldn't have imagined our day this past Saturday without her there! We spoke a few days before, going over all the details and timelines and then on the big day she rocked it! We were down one server and she really stepped up and helped make our day so seamless and smooth. Of course there were things I forgot about or didn't plan (you mean you need a knife to cut a cake?!) haha but she was so calm about any and everything and it was so nice to have her there with us. I highly recommend Emily for any planned event to help take the stress off you and let her showcase her talents! Best day ever.

Emily was amazing as a day-of coordinator. She's very responsive leading up to the day and I had 100% confidence in passing things off to her. She checked in frequently throughout the wedding day and evening and was extremely attentive to our needs. I don't have enough positive things to say about her and would highly recommend her for your wedding day!

Words cannot express my gratitude for Emily from Timeless Affairs our wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of her! I came to her with a simple idea and she worked her magic and brought it to life. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN! 

Emily is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made use feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want this in a planner! She is like a design genius! It's like she was reading my mind! I loved everything she came up with! She respected my input and added her special designer eye to my ideas. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Everything, every person, every moment... and it was completely due to her!!! Can’t thank her enough!!!

1. Value in the service - We realized the true value of having a wedding coordinator during the rehearsal and day of the wedding. Emily was the one person who knew how the whole day would run, better than me, the bride, which allowed me to totally relinquish control of all the 'little details' and worries of how the day would go. For example she kept all the vendors on time, monitored the unruly groomsmen, nervous parents, and ensured that my day and my husband's day was the best day of our lives! She even made sure we had a plate of food and water in our suite when we got home from the party, as she knew we wouldn't really have time to eat with all the festivities. Also when I dropped food on my dress she appeared out of no where with a tide to go pen! When the weather threatened to turn ugly for the ceremony she had a plan B for us as well. Luckily we didn't have to, but we would have been lost without her if things had gone differently.
She went way above the call of duty in so many ways. She was the first person to arrive at the venue and the last one to go to bed, making sure everything went smoothly.
Emily is such a joy to work with, she is professional, on time, concise, responds quickly to email and phone calls, and we so enjoyed getting to know her as a person. The value for her services is way beyond what she charges.
Looking back we would have definitely benefited by having her be involved earlier in the planning and booking vendors stages. She is a serious lady boss and likely could have negotiated competitive prices for our vendors. She also just really knows the wedding business so having someone like that on your side from the get go would be a huge asset.
I would highly recommend Emily if you are interested in meeting with a wedding planner/coordinator, it is money well spent for your peace of mind on your big day.
